what about the 1400 to 1 reverse split? That means for every 1 million shares you'll get 714 measly shares.I have never had a reverse split work well unless i played it AFTER the split.

I got this e mail today from Sylvian and it looks good buy now!!!!

Scott,

I know it doesn't look to good but it has been a process to get our
correct information on pink sheets and i have been traveling a lot lately.
i am currently in the middle east and will be back this weekend. I will
start to post news on pink sheet next week for sure. I currently do not
have with me the encryption key generator from pink sheet and this is why
i was unable to post information this week. Again sorry for the delay and
like i said to all the others we are bulding a company with a very clear
strategy and plan and a week of so in delay is acceptable for us. I do
know for you it is not the best and we do understand that.

Regards,

Sylvain

ya, well, don't say I didn't voice my opinion about run-of-the-mill traders (especially newbs) calling up and getting "info" from the company.

That's nearly always a bad idea.

Admittedly, I haven't even looked into to this company.

fwiw...

Scott,

I won't have any news for you tomorrow but I would like to explain to you
better our business which it will help you understand our amazing potential.
We could be one of the fastest growing company in the world for the next 3
years. Our offering is required by legislation and we have almost no
competition that we know off. Will talk next week.

Regards,

Sylvain

Jee-minee-kristmas...

On another thread, you say I'm bashing.

On the one hand, that's a pretty lame and horrible bash to concede I haven't even looked into the company.

lol, the point remains: For most peeps--and especially newbs--it's a strikingly poor DD decision to "call the company."

Much better to go off of filings or whatever else one can glean from public records...

Scott,

These are Alco answers to your questions.

-Website?
The new web site has been in the work and should be available shortly. We
know that information is very important and would like to have it available
within the next 10 days.

-TWIC reader? ( is an acronym for Transportation Workers Identity
Credential. This program was set by Department of Homeland Security
Transportation Security Administration Transportation Threat Assessment and
Credentialing Office).
We have look at a reader from CoreStreet sometime ago. The reader and
system is call the PIVMAN. I don't know to whom you spoke but most likely
you spoke to a person in the CCTV department rather than port scanning
service. Even if you spoke to the right person I am not sure if you would
have get this information. The TWIC reader is not required for our market
penetration strategy and our service offering is limited to the scanning of
contianers. Our strategy is based on an international focus rather than
domestic and the TWIC reader is required in the USA port. The Safe Port Act
required that by July 1st, 2012 all the port around the world shipping
containers to the USA will need to electronic inspect the containers for
radiation and imagery provided by penetration scanning technology such a
X-Ray and gamma ray. Therefore the demand for our unique service is coming
from over 700 ports shipping the USA.

-Will there be any Diluting in the near or distant future?
This is a question that I do not have a definite answer at this point. Any
dilution has to be made to accept new investors or potential acquisitions
and should increase the overall value of the company. In time, if such
opportunity happen it will be consider.

-Why ASII for the R/M?
ASII was brought to us by a consultant and we felt that it was going to
answer our needs.

How many contracts are you currently working on?
We are currently working on multiple contracts and we hope to be able to
announce some of our progress during the month of May. For the scanning
service the contract are very important for the shipping port and the
involved country. Our service has to be able to maintain the supply chain
flow. The negotiations involved many contributors from the different branch
of the local government and private sector. They are normally for a period
of 7 to 10 years. Our target ports contract required the port to have a
volume of containers to be scan from 150,000 units to 2 million units per
year.

-How do your Product Prices rate to others of the same type?
What we are offering is unique at this point. We don't know any other
company offering a total turnkey solution to ports allowing them to be fully
compliant with the Safe Port Act. However our pricing strategy is been
dictated by a fees that should not exceed 2% of the overall standard
shipping cost of a container on a transatlantic journey. This was done a
based on a survey to shipper and import/export brokers.

-How many US port directors have you contacted and what has been there
attitude to your product?
Our Scanning offering it is a service and not product sale. We have contact
very few USA ports since our strategy is directed toward international
markets. For the few we have contacted the reception was very good.
However we feel that for now we will remain focus on our international
market.

-Have you made any contacts with the government offices concerning your
product and have you bid on any open Government contracts for port and
border security?
We are negotiating with different government for our services outside the
USA. At this time limited contact in the USA have been done. This is due
to many reasons. The countries that we are negotiating with, have not
suffer as much as the USA from this economic crises. The decision process of
these countries is much faster than the USA. The need to comply to the Safe
Port Act reside on the shoulder of the shipping country and therefore the
urgency of acting too.

-How much is your Yearly revenue or company worth, and how much will this
change in the near future and long term future?
One of the advantage or disadvantage of being public is that the market
decide how much your company is worth. This is normally based on actual and
projected revenues. However the information related to our revenues will be
announced quarterly through the Pink sheets web site. For reference, when
we sign a contract for the port scanning service it takes normally about 8
to 10 months for us to start to generate revenues ( manufacturing equipment,
shipping, sometime chain flow required to be modified inside the port to
accommodate the equipment and operation, installation, Testing). So the
contract we hope to sign shortly for the port scanning service won bring
revenues until 2010. Our company strategy is not one of short term and will
require some patients from our share holders. For our other activities such
as CCTV and GPS we should start to post revenues in our 3 quarter.

I hope this answers your questions even if I know that I cannot please
everyone. I will always remain as open as possible and give you the most
accurate information that we are allow to share for ethical, strategically
and compliance reasons.
