The Board of Directors of Kingsley Coach would like to share some exciting developments with its shareholders and the marketplace.
During the latter part of calendar year 2007, Kingsley began an aggressive analysis of all areas of its business, with a sharp eye on cost reduction, in an attempt to better position the Company for the future. During the initial analysis, it was determined that there were a number of inefficiencies in the production process, as well as several areas of duplicate services in the corporate and administrative departments of the Company. It was also discovered that the Company's sales and marketing efforts could be better targeted in order to generate a more profitable mix of sales.
Kingsley has recently begun a partner program with key vendors throughout the nation. This program will enable Kingsley to focus on more efficiently managing the production process. The Company will be able to streamline production, more adequately control costs, maintain a strict timeline, keep attention to detail and customization, and continue to provide the high quality Kingsley Coach the market and its customers have come to know and respect.
Corporate overhead has been dramatically altered. Duplicate services have been eliminated and payroll reduced. Rent and utilities expenses have been changed to significantly lower rates. Finally, corporate books and records have been updated, and quarterly financial results will be reported on a timely basis. Efficiency in each component of the company has become a priority as a constant vigil is kept on improving margins, and contracting coach delivery time.
Kingsley Coach will soon launch a new marketing campaign. This new approach will focus on extensive use of the internet to broaden the market awareness of Kingsley Coaches, and expose them to more potential buyers. This will be coupled with selective print media advertising in specific trade periodicals to further present the high standards of quality represented in a Kingsley Coach. Kingsley Initiates Stock Buyback Program Kingsley Coach, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: KNGS) is pleased to announce that, effective immediately, KNGS has commenced a program of buying back its common stock on the open market.
The purchases may be made, from time to time, on the open market in compliance with Rule 10b-18 and will be funded from available working capital. Kingsley Coach Announces Plans for Hybrid
ZIMMERMAN, MN, Aug 27, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Kingsley Coach, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: KNGS) announced today that it is considering alternatives for a hybrid version of its K-3 model custom coach as part of an environmental and fuel economy push designed to make Kingsley's K-3 the first hybrid RV model on the market. The potential hybrid under consideration will be either a regular petrol engine married to an electric motor, or would use a hydrogen injection system to help improve gas mileage and reduce emissions. Kingsley is also pursuing the use of solar panels on their coaches as an alternate source of power for convenience items within the coach.
"We have started discussions with several manufacturing companies about the concept of a hybrid RV and are excited about the possibilities," stated Allan Smethers, CEO. Share structure is insanely good for a stock at this price. Huge steal at these prices IMO.

I cant believe know one is playing this with this share structure.It is quite funny how people will play stocks with a zillion shares out and this sits for months untouched. This will be a monsta in time.....mark it.

Looks like KNGS is wakin a bit. Hit .0005 x .0007 on air but rebounded to .0011 x .0015 eod. Share structure is perfect for a huge run imo. Better get your tickets.

Thanks. Their last PR shows they are trying to increase revenues in this crappy economy. Maybe cheaper gas will get the RV ball rolling. Share structure like this makes this a no brainer imo.

KNGS hit bottom .0004 x .0005 I tried for 200 more k. They only gave me 140 k at .0005 and .0006 than upticked it to .0006 x .0009. Definite MM games being played here. Company needs to hit us with a juicy PR than booooom ........pennyland. 100 Mil AS.
