Effective Control Transport (EFFC) (http://www.ecnholding.com) has been promising to cancel approximately 40M shares from the OS. It appears that information coming in shows that they have actually followed through! With a currently known Authorized Share Count of 150M, and a float of about 40M, this stock can rise on very little volume, as we saw a couple of weeks ago. Any type of news and this doubles from its current .018 close Monday to .04.

This company has a legitimate product from what I can tell, and announced 400k in January Revenue. at $5M a year predicted using this number, the company MUST be close to break-even. It's pretty rare that you see a pink-sheet stock at the break-even point, with a low float like this.
I can't guarantee that this will go to the moon, as this saw a high of .70 this past summer due to some P&D action, but I'm confident that we have SIGNIFICANT support at these levels of .018-.02 and any news of any caliber doubles your money.

The company appears to have won a major lawsuit in court related to its use of the CRAM technology that has been outstanding since October 2007. If this IS true (yet to be confirmed, but people on-site say that the other party did not contest) then the company can fulfill all of its promises from back when it was .30-.50
In my opinion, this has a bunch of play in it. It could hit a dime on friday and even more next week. Buy early friday and you're probably guaranteed at least a few cents on your investment if you want to get in and out.
If there is a PR, watch out, this could see some serious action.

Friday April 25, 8:00 AM ET LONGUEUIL, QC - April 25, 2008 Effective Control Transport Inc. (Ticker: EFFC) (www.econtroltransport.com) software company which specializes in technology that monitors a drivers vigilance, announced that the company has been notified by the Plaintiff in regards to the injunction that they will not appear in court to present their case for the filed injunction. As such, the injunction has ended as of 5pm April 24, 2008.

I don't know if the huge volume of the past 2 days is any indication that this will spike back to a nickel, but keep an eye out on it if it goes back past .02
I sold a bunch on the way down from .045 back to where it is now at .017 and I picked up a whole bunch today at .017 for the spike back up.
There is a nice new website, some good PR from a conference appearance, and who knows - maybe some action coming up.
