I read new filing today about the company.

Actually, CPOR have enough money to 12 month without dilution. CPOR have some asset about oil and gas. 10% working interest of 2 drilling projects (Holifield oil). One of which is operational now and other of which not.

The principal Shareholders have 30 millions shares (34% of CPOR).

Board of director have 3.5 millions shares. (4% of CPOR)

In my opinion, with this share structure (low float) and we add oil production now. This is a long shot play but safety. If someone load the truck of this stock, 100% sure this stock could be a 'momo' play for a day or two.
