BOUNCE PLAY SAMPLE: CRGO.OB reached it’s multi-year low (Bottom) at .001 a few days ago and during the past few days “bounced” to it’s 200 day moving average of .003 for a quick 200% gain for sub-penny traders that were paying careful attention. THE NEXT MAJOR SUBPENNY BOUNCE PLAY: QTEK.OB reached it’s multi-year low (Bottom) at .001 yesterday with a bullish close at .0012.
As per the the November 14, 2007, a total of 214,723,622 shares of registrant's Common Shares were outstanding. This leaves a company that generated 560 thousand in revenue over the past 3 months with an oversold market cap of 257 thousand dollars.
Look for a strong upward correction over the next few days or weeks. The first target expected “bounce” target is the 50 day Moving Average of .003. The 2nd target which will be attained with a break beyond .003 is the 200 day Moving Average of .013. The low share count makes target 2 easily attainable and realistic. This represents quick gains of 200% and 1000% respectively.

Currently, .012 with bid at .01 and ask at .012...Looks to me like yesterday won't be the first time you see .0008. JMO

Well, if u want to bottom fish then wait. But keep in mind it has never closed below .001 which as you know is in most cases with these subs the place people start to take notice and accumulate for the big bounce.
It is of my STRONGEST HUMBLE OPIONION that the UPSIDE POTENTIAL GAINS FAR OUTWEIGH waiting to try and scrape a point off the bottom. There will be a bounce of several hundred percent. Maybe a few days or weeks, but its coming. Mark this post.

Actually. A great way to gage whether these subs that have been drifiting down for months are at a good point of entry is to take a look at the outstanding shares (most current)and multiply by the current price and then evaluate whether the market cap is oversold or not.
The latest filing only a few weeks ago says 214 million X .001 is a market cap of only 214 Thousand dollars.
QTEK's not the greatest company in the world. I really dont care, but... it does make some good money and at least at this point in time they're worth much more than 214 thousand bucks. Shell companies with no revenue are trading at 500 thousand and more...
In pennyland we look for stocks that test that .001 area for the first time. Look for oversold positions (we have that here). In fact with the current share count it would be oversold at .002 and .003. (100 & 200% higher than todays price) That's why i wouldnt be suprised to see a break beyond the 50 day ma and shoot for .01 sometime.
Just wanted to confirm with the penny stock pros that this is oversold with the accurate outstanding count.

Yes. I see. Well logically those shareholders that have held to these lows are'nt going to sell down here. No matter how ugly a stock may look to some, eventually sellers start to dwindle and buyers begin to line up. When your trading in this situation... especially near .001 area buyers begin to over power the sellers. That's when the big moves happen, and that's why we trade pennies. So hope we see some nice gains soon. Good luck!

didn't see any news, just a recent filing...right before it started. Then slightly before 12:30 (est), started getting hit then doubling about every five minutes. Whole run lasted 22 minutes, till it peaked and tumbled.

hehe today was mostly my doing....I had some loose change in my account and was looking for a good looking triple zero stock and loved this one so I tryed buying at .0005 and only got a baby partial, then .0006, and then ended it with .0007. This stock is so freakin thin it's amazing! I really wanted to do an AON bid because I just wanted to use the rest of the money I had in my account so when the ask was .0006 I put a bid in for 116,000 shares at .0007 and it wouldn't even take.....I was truely amazed at how scarce the shares are on this one. Could be big IMO
