Heritage Capital Credit Corporation Closes $11.1 Million for BCLOC Program 3:24p ET February 26, 2008 (PR NewsWire)
Heritage Capital Credit Corporation (Pink Sheets: HCPC) today announced the closing of two financings totaling $11.1 million for its BCLOC Program.
The first transaction was for $808,000.00, which closed on February 22, 2008. This included a separate $234,000 renovation loan for a small hotel. The funding for this hotel will commence upon the first construction draw for renovation.
The second transaction for the commercial office building closes in two phases. The first phase closed today for $10,307,000. The second phase is for $5,500,000, which was arranged by the Company through an independent third party lender. The funding is scheduled to commence on March 7, 2008.
Both loans were closed as part of the BCLOC Program.
Weekly updates on the status of the BCLOC Program are provided on the website: http://www.independentcapitalcreditcorp.com. The information will include new financings that enter the pipeline and progress reports.

this .0002 base is as solid as they come. We are forming at .0003 solid base as well. This is the day the .0003 base is formed. Next week we move up and we will have a PR on the 5.5 million closing and they will probably talk about the buyback stuff in that PR....
I hope everyone here, realizes that it's not a one time buyback that's going on here, but as they close loans and the money comes into their accounts, the comapny is gonna start eating up this float, so let's make sure everyone knows, this is not a one time buyback event, but we will have multiple buyback times going on. Some serious eyes are on this now and the next bump up will be next week,..... to the 4, 5, and 6s, with3s as the bast and the 4s base being solidly forrmed. Then I expect the week afte rnext, we may see a "close pending" under the 400 million loan. That will be HUGE NEWS that will not be PRed probably, until it is officially closed...when that "close pending" news hits, we are going to get a jump in PPS and I have no doubt, we are going to the .001s, and .002s and probably alot more. This thing is goning to get really volatile and emotional. Stuff is gonna be flying! People are going to freek out. Civilization as we know it (in the lives of the HCPC nation) is going to get some shaking up!

I originally bought 20,000 at .05 so I'm just wringing my hands in anticipation over these recent reports of closed financing deals. Its hard to believe the stock is trading so low. CKYS is trading at this price level and its in the gray sheets, the CEO is being adjudicated, and the co. has no prospects i know of. At least Heritage has an unmarred rep and is generating revenue. I am still sitting on my shares. I had a GTC sell in for over a week now at .0003 and it never sold.

Check out what they're saying on Ihub. Anything can be a scam but there seems to be a lot going for this company. Read the DD then do your own. I might not add shares but I'd probably hold for a bit.
