Looks like this one has bottomed out. I like this stock for 3 reasons:

1)Hurricane season will be very soon

2)Some big players are loading up

3)The chart looks poised and the volume has picked up considerably

Yes, there has been some dilution that pulled this down but I don't think enough to keep this from running nicely.

I will wait a little longer with this one! Just what I see in the charts.... plus hurricane season came and went last year. Not that I want Hurricanes to hit but its actually not very often. I know, I have lived in Florida for over 20 years. (Hope these words dont come back to bite me in the a$$)
