MD Point CMS offers solutions for A/P, A/R, Patient Records, Credentialing, Materials Management, HR and now EOB Processing and Medical Forms Generation. Just spoke with JCDS CEO Cary Allen at 214-295-5810. Mr. Allen answered the phone directly. Verified Share structure as of today 9/27/07. Share structure has not changed at all since posted in June. 300 mill auth; 259 mill o/s, 75,000,000 float.

Primexx Operating Corp's line of business is crude petroleum/natural gas production.
