No, I think PAIM just changed their name to ZNEXT to pull in the next group of suckers unfamiliar with their history. there was no buyout, I don't think.

ZNXT owns a 40% intrest of PAIM so they are two seprate companies. ZNXT has had two dividends in the past one for $50,000,000 on March 15th 2006 and one for $.0005 on June 27th 2007.
