Its a pink sheet usually don't play them but...volume is up about 6x, RSI is at 11 last os was 280,730,042 shares of $0.001 par value common stock outstanding as of November 10, 2006

No idea lost...sent an email to the company looking for the current share structure. It has only traded 93 mil since its last 10q as far as I can see. Which would make the os at the most about 370 mil...sort of reminds me of CNCM.

I bought a few at .0004

ECUI 400 million shares AS. Up over 100% on low voume for a triple zero stock......thin. Closed at .0013. Expecting a big pop over next couple of days.

Andrew Buffmire Mr. Buffmire was formerly VP Business Development and an executive officer of UbiquiTel PCS, a Sprint PCS affiliate. Mr. Buffmire was responsible for business development and the execution of strategic initiatives, new technology development and acquisitions, and strategic transactions. In the four years that Mr. Buffmire was at UbiquiTel, it grew from a start-up of 7 employees to over 500 employees and $360 million in annual revenues.

Prior to joining UbiquiTel, Mr. Buffmire was a Business Development director at Sprint PCS. He was instrumental in the design and execution of the Sprint PCS affiliates program, which raised and deployed over $4 billion in capital. Mr. Buffmire was part of the original development team at Sprint PCS, joining the company in January of 1996. While at Sprint, the company grew from 300 to 30,000 employees.

Before joining Sprint PCS, Mr. Buffmire was an attorney in private legal practice in Salt Lake City, Utah for 16 years, with the exception of two years (1985-1987), when he was the founder, general counsel and a registered principal of an NASD registered investment-banking firm. Mr. Buffmire has a BA in International Relations from the University of Southern California, a JD from the University of Utah, and a Master of Laws degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
