OS is supposedly 345,515,674 according to the latest PR. 2/21
but...they are diluting. How dilution results in increased Shareholder value, i dont know. From the latest PR:
"The issuing of shares to satisfy certain debts enables the Company to continue to pursue quality opportunities to acquire and develop early to mid-stage alternative technology, communications, environmental and health and wellness companies which Techalt believes will result in increased shareholder value."

IT's my understanding that they are in a short term selling cycle (TCLT) to raise revenues for expansion however, when the selling is over this one could really take off. Also on bill panettas bottom buster , powerscan for this weekend:
