Family Room Entertainment Stock Buy-Back Program in Full Swing Family Room Entertainment Corporation (OTCBB:FMLY) is pleased to announce that since announcing its stock buy-back program on July 2, 2007, FMLY has bought-back in excess of 97,002,000 shares of common stock at a price per share of $0.0005.
As stated previously, the purchases may be made, from time to time, on the open market in compliance with Rule 10b-18 and will be funded from available working capital. The number of shares to be purchased and the timing of the purchases will be based on the level of cash balances, general business conditions and other factors, including alternative investment and/or filmed entertainment opportunities. -----------------------------------------
That makes a total of 300M shares in the past 3 weeks. The OS is basically maxed out at the AS of 2B. They are buying back shares because they are trying to get controlling interest so they can vote to have the AS raised, and sell more shares to Longview for 0.0005. They will pay what they have to to get controlling interest. They keep putting out PRs stating that they are buying back shares, and also Form4s, yet no one is catching onto what is going on. I think with some buying this thing will explode.IMO

Hey Cautionupahead, good news and good title, but it already posted in thread "FMLY - De Niro and Pacino ". Hate loosing all the past history with a new thread. The De Niro move is still in the works, so the title is still valid for a while.
