I am really liking this one. Great high-volume takedown today.
54 mil o/s is very nice, especially with no dilutive filings. Dilution can really screw up a run as we all know. I don't see any dilutive filings, so nothing to thwart a run here.
This could be back at .01++ very soon...

Hey...this one looks really good! Has anyone been able to get current O/S figures? I see pinksheets has it updated as of 3/29....just wondering if dilution played a role in it dropping so hard?

Hey cactus....I know you've been around for a long time and I follow some of your picks...was wondering what you thought of this one? I usually don't play stocks like this that have such low volume cause they can be really risky and sometimes hard to get out of if you get trapped. But man I love the way it looks right now. So I guess what I'm asking is it doesn't scare you that only around $3000 was traded today? The low volume doesn't scare you?

the volume means nothing to me really, i bought in mid .003's, probably got very lucky. i watch out for stocks you can get get stuck in, low vol on the charts etc., i know what you mean. but is has been taken down so hard on such large vol, and os is small, no dilutive filings found, looks like a winner under .005 imo, anyone can look at the chart, should be trading above .01 easy imo..
jmho

I agree....which is what makes me have to question how it gets taken down from .08 to .005 in less then 2 months? Thats absurd and would normally scream dilution...but in this case I'm not sure what could have caused such a HUGE drop.Anyways...was looking to maybe get in tommorrow and just wanted to hear some opinions since I haven't seen much talk on this one. Thx and best of luck!

For one, I can't believe how thin the ask is here. We are 2 MM's away from a 100% gain at .01. Lot's of buying at the EOD and it finished at HOD. Very nice...
Now, for concerns of dilution. There probably is some unregistered sale of securities going on (a la Cornell Capital toxic financing). Now, we all hate Cornell's toxic ways, but, to be perfectly honest, they fuel this market. Without toxic financing these little markets would grind to a halt (same thing with NSS, if we didn't have it, the market would be illiquid, but that's another discussion; yet, equally offensive). Companies like Cornell and Millenium Capital pump money into these POS's to fuel money, shares, and volume into the market. Why do I say all of that? Because STNL, like almost every other stock down here, has some Cornell convertible debentures out there. It's not an obscene amount in this case, but it's there. Interestingly enough, the price and o/s is such that if Cornell was to convert some of the debentures, they can only convert 2.6mil shares before they have to stop. Why? Because as part of their agreement, Cornell cannot convert more shares than would give them 4.9% of the o/s. Read this from the last 10K...
"Cornell Capital has a right to convert the debenture into shares of our common stock based upon a quotient obtained by dividing (i) the outstanding amount of the convertible debenture by the (ii) conversion price which is equal to the lesser of $.75 or 80% of the lowest bid price of our common stock during the thirty trading days immediately prior to the conversion date. In the event we do not have enough shares authorized or listed or quoted on the OTCBB or we cannot timely satisfy the conversion sought by Cornell Capital, then Cornell Capital can demand cash equal to the product of the outstanding principal amount to be converted plus any interest due provided by the conversion price and multiplied by the highest closing price of the stock from the date of the conversion notice until the date that such cash payment is made. Cornell Capital cannot convert the debenture or receive shares of our common stock if it would beneficially own in excess of 4.9% of our issued and outstanding shares of common stock at the time of such conversion, such determination to be made by Cornell Capital."
So, with a 54mil o/s, Cornell can't convert more than 2.6 mil shares of stock, as they would beneficially own 4.9% of the o/s at 2.6mil shares converted/owned. Chew on that, I might be reading it wrong..
Perhaps we got a bit off track there... All that said, this thing is gonna bounce. Diluted stocks run all the time, these guys have no particular dilutive filings right now (no S-8 or SB-2), so that makes them even better. We can be aware of possible dilution due to financing, but I think it bounces nice regardless...

well, look at AOTL, everyone panicked when they saw cornell branded on it, just went 500%, lol, one has to dig deep to see just how deep their short greedy fingers are into it. usually, they over do it and end up covering there arsses off. Excellent DD btw skip..
F cornell, they mean nothing at this point, if anything i'll send them a thank you card for the cheap shares
