Nice news out just now !!
ct 10, 2007 10:09:00 AM
NEW YORK and MONTREAL, Oct. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - ICBS Limited (ICBS) (Pink Sheets :ICBM) a business development and management firm located in New York and Canada, announced today that it has launched a new import / export, distribution company Extaport International Ltd., with its partner Northern Lights Airlines.

Extaport International was created to work with the opportunities developed by Northern Lights Airlines and ICBS in the cargo business. Extaport will offer foreign companies the opportunity to have their goods represented and distributed in the lucrative North American market place.

Extaport International will use the cargo facilities of Northern Lights Airlines and sea freight to import fresh food stuffs and other consumer products through its distribution channels with contacts in both Canada and the United States. Fresh food is especially vulnerable to long shipping times. By using Northern Lights Airlines direct flights we can literally have a fisherman's catch in the morning in Tunisia on the dinner plates in the U.S. and Canada that same evening.

Extaport International has targeted companies in Tunisia, Greece, Portugal, and Brazil for goods such as olive oil, wine, fresh fruit, fish and consumer products that can be imported under exclusive representation. The company is currently engaged in several contractual discussions with companies who are interested in their services. Extaport International is predicting 15-20 million dollars in revenue's within the first eighteen months of operations which are expected to be launched by early spring 2008.

"We believe that our new venture will go hand in hand with our interest in Northern Lights Airlines, and is in keeping with the goals and objectives of ICBS" said Garth McIntosh, President and CEO, " We will continue to act as an incubator for new ideas and emerging companies. "

Not sure what to think from todays volume. I have a little bit into this one from a ways back. If it had been dilution i would of thought it would had been trading in the .0004's most of day, not .0007, .0008. With all the early volume thought that maybe inside buyers were buying prior to a news release. Guess i will just ride it and see what happens next week.

Sure does look like dilution especially since there was no news, mm's maybe played this one good.

When i play the pennies or they play me, i always hear that Kenny Rogers song The Gambler in my head.

His famous words "You got to know when to Hold 'Em, know when to Fold 'Em".

Sometimes it hard to know, especially since most of us do not have the inside track.

ICBM (.0005) Northern Lights Airlines Ltd. A Joint Venture of ICBS Limited enters into talks for 12 million equity investment.
Monday, November 12 2007 9:59 AM, EST

PR Newswire "US Press Releases "

NEW YORK and MONTREAL, Nov. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Northern Lights International Airlines Ltd. a start up charter airline a joint venture of ICBS Limited (PINKSHEETS: ICBM), Northern Lights Airlines , has entered into talks with several investment groups for a $12 million equity investment.

Northern Lights Airlines, Ltd. ("NLA") is a new international charter airline in collaboration with ICBS. Northern Lights is being organized to exploit a gap in the long-haul international travel market that exists in low cost, high comfort and high quality service originating in Montreal & Toronto, Canada.

The gap in the availability of low cost international service to and from Canada, coupled with high demand for passenger travel on selected routes from Montreal and Toronto, indicates that a new entrant airline is well positioned to capture a significant portion of current air travel business in that market. Northern Lights International Airlines, Ltd. intends to fill that gap and revolutionalize charter travel across the Atlantic with standard-setting service levels that restore respect to passengers.

NLA has signed an exclusive agreement with the Tunisian government for flights to commence from Montreal and Toronto Canada by early spring 2008 which are expected to produce 40-50 million dollars revenue in the first year.

The critical management staff required to obtain all the regulatory approvals and obtain the Air Operators Certificate (AOC), has been secured. NLA has entered into talks with 6 separate entities for equity investment of $12 Million. The talks are at various stages of advancement and are part of the overall NLA strategy.

"We are very excited with about these latest developments that will serve to solidify the financial strength of NLA." Said Peter Papadatos, President & CEO.
