ATWEC Technologies Updates Shareholders on Audit, Earnings and Sponsorship of World Cup Golfer Thursday December 7, 9:55 am ET MEMPHIS, TN--(MARKET WIRE)--Dec 7, 2006 -- ATWEC Technologies (Other OTC:ATWT.PK - News) today informed shareholders that the audit of the company's financials for the years 2001 to 2003 has been completed by a Memphis accounting firm and is now under review by Rotenberg and Company of Rochester, New York. The local audit of 2004 and 2006 financials will begin this week with a target completion date of February 2007. Once finalized by Rotenberg, financials for the six years will be filed with the SEC. FYI, I called the company and was informed letters going out to shareholders this week. News to be announced May 1st, per PR. Slip of the tongue in conversation claimed no R/S and something about a company that couldn't be mentioned by name. Maybe a deal of some sort?
