Cyber Defense Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: CYDF), a designer, developer, and manufacturer of next generation unmanned aerial systems (UAS), and its wholly owned subsidiary Techsphere Systems International, Inc. (TSI), a designer, developer and manufacturer of manned and unmanned airships, announced the declaration of a dividend to be paid in all of the shares of its wholly owned subsidiary, Techsphere Systems International, Inc.

The record date is estimated to be September 16, 2007, based upon ten-days' notice to NASDAQ. NASDAQ will set the ex-dividend date at the time it is notified. Cyber Defense is prepared to pay the dividend by distribution of the Techsphere shares. The record date only applies to Cyber Defense stock registered with the company's transfer agent. The effective date of the registration statement and the subsequent payment date of the dividend cannot be estimated at this time. William Robinson, Cyber Defense's Chief Executive Officer, stated, "We believe that both Cyber Defense and Techsphere will have better opportunities to maximize their business models by moving forward as separate enterprises, each with its own management team. In this way, we expect stockholder values to maximize as well."

Cyber Defense Receives Order From Air Force Academy
Cyber Defense Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: CYDF) Proxity, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: PRXT), a designer and developer of next-generation unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), announced today it received an order from the United States Air Force Academy for its new generation CyberBug B and subsequent training of an academy operator. The first project is to build a situational awareness capability to aid an air base commander in responding to emergencies. The plan is to be able to launch a small UAV with an on-board video camera that would orbit over the area of interest and feed back both the video stream as well as location and orientation telemetry. The software in development would then process this information for display on command center computers.

Previous sales to the Naval Post Graduate School and this recent sale to the Air Force Academy confirms the future opportunities for the integration of small tactical UAVs into our military forces. Initiating training at the academy level teaches familiarity with the system as our country's military officers deploy into future conflicts. "We are excited about the CyberBugs future as a value-added solution for our country and our Allies," said Billy Robinson CEO.

I don't know who the lucky buyers are that got this one at .015 so close to the ex-div date. I wish I had cash freed up a week ago so I could have bought more shares, but I am definitely in this.

Text Size: A A ACyber Defense Subsidiary Techsphere Systems to Build New "BULLET" Airship Technology for Mid Altitudes; New Prototype Test Flight Successful
8:00 AM EDT September 28, 2007
ATLANTA, GA and COLUMBUS, GA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 09/28/07 -- Cyber Defense Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: CYDF), a designer and developer of next generation unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), and its wholly owned subsidiary Techsphere Systems International, Inc. (TSI), a designer, developer and manufacturer of manned and unmanned airships, announced today that it will build two new Mid Altitude "BULLET" Airships.

Under the exclusive global technology license with 21st Century Airships, Techsphere will begin manufacturing two "BULLET" airships designed for altitudes of 20,000 and 40,000 feet capability with a minimum of 48 hours flight duration with estimated speeds up to 60 knots with a manned or unmanned configuration. Recent wind tunnel tests by 21st Century confirmed the design and speed estimates.

The initial test flights were exceptional utilizing a fly by wire thrust vectoring capability. "Just imagine being able to fly straight up and down, turn on its axis, and fly sideways with an easy touch of a joystick," stated Hokan Colting of 21st Century.

The airship tested is approximately 120 feet long, cylinder shaped with two distinct pointed end caps with four engines mounted port and starboard in the fore and aft positions on the cylinder structure.

Techsphere will be utilizing the majority of the patented technologies from the spherical technology with the new "BULLET" version for Mid Altitudes. "The SA-60 spherical airships will continue to be our bread and butter for the 0 to 10,000 feet altitude capability. We are addressing the higher winds between 10,000 feet to 40,000 feet altitudes with a new shape for drag reduction, longer duration of flight, higher speeds with the maneuverability characteristics of the 'Sphere' technology," stated Mike Lawson, CEO of Techsphere.

The "BULLET" test flights will continue later this year with the second prototype near completion.
