Over the summer the project mushroomed into a much larger project than anyone anticipated. Success will require various companies to handle numerous facets-including project management, marketing, promotion, licensing, legal & accounting, news releases, television features and project funding. Since the project swelled into a much larger scale, budget, and the need for additional project managers, the Company entered a joint venture with another label concerning the project and other companies are in place to handle the project. There are several projects anticipated. Nashville Records will retain a percentage of all sales associated to the entire project, including sales, television appearances or documentaries, etc. The company further receives its recoupable recording expenses on the front end. Artist recordings for the project have commenced with A level artists. The Department of Defense changed the dates of events over the past year but the most recent projection for the christening is January 2008 . Nashville Records(r) will not have the responsibility for news releases but as project managers and publicists release news the company will inform the investors. As news organizations, magazines, radio or television pickup stories on the USS New York the company will also inform investors. Details of the joint venture may be announced in an upcoming news release but details on the project and follow-up projects will be left to the project managers and publicists from hereon. Recent Happenings and Information The company recently signed a new male artist and the company and the artist are involved in an upcoming project. One of Nashville's top producers was selected. The single has been recorded and the Company received the masters on October 23, 2007 . The first phase of the project will release in November and further news will be forthcoming. An album is planned as well and Gene Sibbett, Anita Cox, and several other writers have been preparing for the album. During the summer the Company's attorney suddenly passed away and all records were turned over to a State appointed attorney. It took some time but the company recently gained possession of all documents. The Company has retained a new attorney firm who will address issues the previous financial consultants failed to complete. Those consultants were terminated and the NOBO list proves their shares have liquidated. It is noteworthy at this time to inform the public that none of the insider shareholders own, nor have ever owned, free trading stock and have never sold a single share into the market, nor made any other outside deals to offer their shares to anyone. The five largest shareholders are Gene Sibbett, Joe Mansfield, John Taylor, Larry Sibbett, and Donny Glade.
