For the last month there has been some accumulation. Right now they only have
Outstanding Shares
229,601,372 as of Oct 10, 2006
Authorized Shares
250,000,000 as of Oct 10, 2006

If you look at the chart this company hates .004 they come up off of it every time. Could see a good pop today!!
