What's going on with the CEO buying all those shares in the past two weeks almost 200 mil... What is it going to take to get the price to jump?

The OS has almost doubled since the last 10Q report was filed. According to the 10Q the OS was 1.08b shares out. A poster at the hub called the TA and was told...

Just called the T/A, O/S is 1,971,000,000 (29 mill short of A/S,) so with continued buying pressure we just might see a run soon.
And to think that this might be to good to be true and it was imo. TMAN...

Uh, I understand that you're down a lot, but it's physically impossible to be down 500%. You can only be down 100% unless you shorted or bought on margin...
