This is such a terrible way for a company to get money from people. .0001 rs to .1 and today it is back down to .005 For all the folks out there going long with this, including me, good luck!! The price is heading back down to where it was before the 1000 ONE THOUSAND to one reverse split. If it keeps this up, I will go negative and pretty soon I will owe them money..

An unannounced 5,000:1 reverse split. And why not announce it? Without a bid, it's not like there was a danger of us all bailing and killing the PPS. It's just rude, I tell ya!
Right now, I'm riding a 97.5% loss.
I think of it as a rite of passage. All the greats take a total loss now and then. So in this one small way, I can be like people who know what they're doing.

kermit, what do you mean by unannounced 5000:1 split, where do you see that?

I guess in my bitterness I exaggerated it. I call it unannounced because the news came after close on a Friday and was effectvie the following Monday so there was no chance of taking any sort of evasive maneuvers--not that we had many options without a bid.

Yea, as angry as I am, I must realize that this is a good lesson. One thing I am taking from this is not to hang on to stocks that are trading at .0001 which would describe two of my other stocks. GWGO and BLYM. It seems that the only way for a stock to recover from the "dreaded" .0001 is to do a RS it seems.

PRHB may behave like ISYX. The MMs took the pps down to collect more shares at bottom. They will eventually take the pps up to unload their inventory. This is a good gamble at 0.005. Another example is AWYB, Many people played it and won. One should get in after the R/S when the PPS was down more than 60%.
**** ISYJ is now ISYX after R/S
0.0055 - up 270%.
If the MMs decide to cash in, they may pump it up even more. Watch it.
R/S may not be a total loss - if the market capital is at 52-week low.

One big difference here Jim, no one could sell PHBT at .0001, so the "true" ask was under .0001, but we don't know where. If people were willing to sell at 1/20th of .0001 then .005 is a proper conversion. There's no way of knowing, I don't think.
Companies that drop to .0001 and then do R/S tend to dilute, then R/S again.
I don't think the .0001 R/S are the ones that ever run after a R/S.

The main thing is the market cap -- if it is at the 52-week low, it's a good gamble. Besides, check the MMs' actions -- if the PPS was taken down by more than 60%, the chance is great that the MMs have great interest in this stock in the next few weeks. The dilution is a constant problem, but the MMs work closely with the ceos, and they will find a way to manipulate the pps and make a profit. It's always a gamble for us. We need only 3 weeks in most cases, from a big drop of pps to the time it runs. So please post a stock when the pps is down more than 60% from the bottom after the R/S.

At one point in time I owned 100,000 shares of this. After today I own 1/5th of 1 share. It was a meager investment and it's only gotta run to 1000.00 per share for me to get out even, minus commission of course. Go baby go!
