Summit Announces Change in Stock Listing: From OTC Bulletin Board to Pink Sheets
Monday April 30, 8:00 am ET


SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--On Monday, April 23, 2007 Summit Environmental Corporation, Inc. ("Summit") was informed by the National Association of Securities Dealers ("NASD") that Summit had failed to satisfy a rule of NASD for continued listing on the OTC Bulletin Board.
ADVERTISEMENT


Summit acknowledged that its annual form 10KSB report had to be filed by April 16, 2007, noting that its outside auditors were unable to deliver the company's audit report as promised by April 16, but the report is expected within days.

As a result of this failure to meet the deadline, commencing Tuesday, May 1, 2007, Summit's common stock will not be quoted or traded on the OTC Bulletin Board for one year. Instead, it will be quoted and traded on the Pink Sheets. The stock symbol will either be SEVT or SEVT.PK.

Summit's stock has been quoted and traded on the Pink Sheets dually with the Bulletin Board for some time. Considerable information including bid and ask prices, trading volume, and last trade is now and will continue to be available on the Pink Sheets. Trades on the Pink Sheets comply with the "real time rule," whereby information on each trade appears on its website within 45 seconds after a trade occurs.

IMO it already popped. I tried to buy at .015 the other day and didn't get filled. It could have more in it; but, had I filled, I would be long gone by now...
