EYII is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, Essential Environmental Products (International) Limited ("EEPI") ( http://www.eepint.com), has entered into an agreement with ECO Fuel Savers for the Master Agent Distribution rights for EEPI's Mach 3 SEFS HD product. Mach 3 SEFS HD is a fuel additive product that has been specifically formulated for fuel enhancement catalysts for heavy duty diesel internal combustion engines, turbines, locomotives, open combustion furnaces and boilers, power generating and marine diesel engines. ECO Fuel Savers will be EEPI's exclusive distributor for the States of Florida, Georgia, Alabama, North & South Carolina, Tennessee, Mississippi, Louisiana and Arkansas. The minimum product order is $1,750,000 in year one, $5,000,000 in year two and $8,000,000 in year three. EEPI has received the first order for Mach 3 SEFS in the amount of $49,923.36. Dori O'Neill, President and CEO of EEPI, states, "Establishing our first Master Distributor in the United States is an important step for EEPI's International growth. I am optimistic ECO Fuel Savers and their management team share the same goal as EEPI, to do their part to help lower toxic exhaust emissions without any cost to the end user. Mach 3 SEFS has demonstrated, in independent testing to 44% of Oxides of Nitrogen (NOX), a reduction of 33% of Carbon monoxide (CO), and a reduction of 7% of Hydrocarbons (HC), without increasing the level of Carbon Dioxide (CO2). We believe having distribution in these key geographical areas will assist us in our plan to lower industrial contaminants while improving fuel economy." James Eisenman, President of ECO Fuel Savers, states, "I recently attended EEPI's Certified Fuel Specialist training program held in Vancouver, Canada. It was at that event that I discovered how effective EEPI's Mach 3 SEFS HD was at reducing toxic exhaust emissions. I control a mid-size operation that has fork lifts, truck, loaders and other industrial equipment.
