LIQUIDITY AND CAPITAL RESOURCES
At March 31, 2007, the Company had working capital of $27,045. The Company can rely on its Equity Line of Credit Agreement, if necessary, to fund operations.
RESULTS OF OPERATIONS
There was $0.00 in revenue derived from the Company for the three-month period ended March 31, 2007. There was $0 revenue for the three month period ended March 31, 2006.
There was $1,275,628 Operational Expenses for operations for the three-month period ended March 31, 2007, compared to $16,247 in operating expenses for the three-month period ended March 31, 2006.
There were no Sales and Marketing expenses for the three month period ended March 31, 2007, or March 31, 2006. wow! what a great company!! no revenues AGAIN in the first Q of 07!!! no revenues last quarter or the one before that!! no revenues equals a company with NO VALUE!!! LOL!!!

READ THE 10Q YOU MORON!!!!!! the only thing these guy are selling is stock!!!!! " There were no Sales and Marketing expenses for the three month period ended March 31, 2007, or March 31, 2006. " from the 10Q!! they had NO SALES AND MARKETING EXSPENSES BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT SELLING ANYTHING!!!!!!!

Well, you'll have to check out the MrHyde to Top Rob's Dr Jekyl on the JMCP board For some reason he thinks all these stocks are scams but is predicting a 50,000 bagger on JMCP.
