Union Dental to Acquire Bellflower Dental

CORAL SPRINGS, FL -- (MARKETWIRE) -- 06/21/07
Union Dental Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: UDHI) (www.uniondentalcorp.com/ir) -- a provider of multi-state dental services for union members -- announced today it has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire Bellflower Dental (BD) in Bellflower, California for $5.0 Million. As of December 31, 2006, BD had revenues of $10,234,000 with an adjusted EBITDA of $521,000.
Dr. Green, President and CEO, commented: "The 16,250 square foot facility with 60 dental chairs will offer UDHI the opportunity to expand its services offered to telecom and flight attendant union members located in southern California. Most recently, the Company signed a national contract to build a nationwide dental network for the Association of Flight Attendants."
Union Dental has contracts with CWA local 9400 in Paramount and 9586 in Norwalk to be the only dental network their union will endorse for their members to use.
Dr. Green further stated: "Our contracts with CWA local labor unions in the area should add some significant revenue to the already existing income of the Bellflower practice. Through our marketing department we will offer some coupons for these CWA union members to try the Bellflower location for the first time."

I am a bit disappointed that it did not go higher. Hopefully the MMs are getting it ready for a multi-day run. They don't seem to have a lot of shares and seemed to be controlling it today to get filled up before they run it

Union Dental Anticipates 2nd Quarter 2007 Revenues to Increase

Union Dental Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: UDHI) -- http://www.uniondental.com/ir -- a Company that operates and manages a network of dentists throughout the United States for union members, announced today it anticipates revenues for the quarter ending 6/30/2007 of approximately $630,000 which is an increase of 20% over the same time period in 2006.
Dr. George D. Green, President and CEO, stated: "Although the accounting for the quarter ending 6/30/2007 has not begun, the preliminary indication shows a growth over the same time period last year. We expect our sales to grow at a significantly positive rate in the coming year as we continue to expand our network of local, regional and national agreements with unions to provide discounted dental services to their members."
Union Dental recently signed a Letter of Intent to acquire a large dental practice in California with over $10.0 million in revenues. The practice has 60 dental chairs, two labs for making prosthetics and crowns & bridges. Its specialists perform all aspects of dentistry including Endodontics, Orthodontics, Oral Surgery, Pedodontics, TMJ and Periodontics. It has a 42 seat movie theater, a baby sitting facility, a masseuse and entertainers to occupy idle time for patients.
Dr. Green further stated: "Union Dentals most recently announced a Letter of Intent to acquire Bellflower Dental in California and we are excited that, after this acquisition occurs, our revenues will be much higher and increase progressively over the next few years."
