(NYSE:HOV) rose 5% to $34.94 in early trades Thursday after Banc of America Securities upgraded the stock to buy from neutral. Analyst Daniel Oppenheim cited improving buyer traffic in the company's core markets, solid cash flow which could be used for future acquisitions, its strategy of using options to control land, and attractive valuation.

Chart shows still some room to move North Wed. Seems to trade in very narrow bands, a little slow to move. Hopefully, the little engine that could tomorrow.

We had trouble getting past the .02 mark yesterday but we made it. I was hoping to close at .025 today, but the EOD sellers ruined that. If the volume continues or strengthens, we could see .03 tomorrow. SAR and 50 MA is .04.

As long as everyone keeps selling on the bid then it will go down. RSI is still low, it has some room left to climb, that doesn't mean that it will.
