eHolding Technologies Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire Kavco Construction Components, Inc. Wednesday January 3, 9:00 am ET
RENO, Nev., Jan. 3, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- eHolding Technologies, Inc. (Other OTC:EHDT.PK - News) reported today that it has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire Kavco Construction Components, Inc. (Kavco), currently doing business as Precision Panel of Southern California. The company said it would acquire all the assets of Kavco, and that it has commenced due diligence that it expects will lead to Corona, Calif.-based Kavco becoming a wholly owned subsidiary.
Kavco, a privately held company, is a builder of homes featuring structural insulated panel (SIP) construction, and a fabricator of SIP panels. SIP structures are distinguished from traditional homes in that they can withstand Category 4 hurricane winds of 200 m.p.h., and absorb earthquakes in excess of 7.0 points on the Richter scale.

(Other OTC:EHDT.PK - News) reported today that it has signed a licensing and technical services agreement with Precision Panel Structures, Inc. that will enable the company to fabricate and laminate Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) for home construction in 14 states. The agreement expands on the company's announcement yesterday of its intention to acquire Precision Panel of Southern California.

Somebody sold few K shares at market price - PPS dropped rapidly. I did buy an extra 100K(2 buys for 50K) shares at EOD at ask - it was enough to move bid/ask for few points... Looks like company (or who?) is diluting (around .0033-.0034). I hope this dilution isn’t infinite and with volume like today shouldn't be a problem to cover this up... I’m going to buy more tomorrow.
