Subject: Investor witha few questions please?

First and foremost hello, & I hope you and the entire crew is doing well!

I
just wanted to confirm (as part of my DD process) a few things... I
just got in with a few million shares and am looking for a bright future here .... before
dbl'ing down as they say I would like to see if some answers could be
dug up by contacting you?

1.) I like the share structure that has been confirmed

Share Structure:
O/S-119,400,500 as of 11/7/2008
A/S-600,000,000 as of 11/7/2008 Free Trading 22,025,550 as of 11/7/2008
Shares Restricted 97,375,000 as of 11/7/2008

how long are the restricted shares for and when are they available to trade?

how much of the total would you say the company and insiders hold?

2.) what are the company goals? short term as well as long term? where do you see us by years end? and throughout next year?

3.) whats the company doing to ? marketing, etc?

4.) the ever so popular new question/lol

when can shareholders expect a well rounded, well laid out, and very informative PR?

thats it, just a few painless "Q"s , I thank you for your time, efforts, and quick reply back

thanks again,
Jason

Hi Jason
Thanks for your questions
1)Restricted shares (90 million)were issued on 06/05/08 and are held for 2 yrs min.Prior to that 3.75 million(post split) were issued 07/12/06, which have selling restrictions based on volume and other criteria.I can assure you, I have no intention on selling these shares in the near future or at these levels.
2) The company's goals currently is to acquire "well selected and well priced real estate"
3)We are actively looking for help with market awareness and are speaking to a few potential candidates
4)We just released a Press Release and as news happens we will keep the investing public informed
Thanks for your questions
Nazir

CDIV NEWS OUT----------------

Cascadia Investments, Inc.: Letter to Shareholders
Monday November 10, 10:00 am ET

TACOMA, WA--(MARKET WIRE)--Nov 10, 2008 -- Cascadia Investments, Inc. (Other OTC:CDIV.PK - News) is pleased to share the following letter to its shareholders from its president and CEO, Nazir Maherali.

Dear Cascadia Shareholders:

Over the past months many of you have contacted the company wondering what management was doing to create shareholder value in the midst of all the turmoil in the real estate industry. I would take this opportunity to offer our prospective on the real estate market and how we plan to take advantage of the opportunities that are now becoming available to us.

First and foremost, we need to remember that real state is local, that is, what is happening in Florida and Nevada does not necessarily reflect what is happening in Washington State. This is not to say that we in the Pacific Northwest have been immune from the downturn. The whole country and parts of the globe are experiencing foreclosure activity unlike anything in recent memory. However, most lenders are now beginning to work closely with property owners to restructure loans and slow down foreclosures.

We believe that there will soon be exceptional opportunities as we near the bottom of the market. And while we have seen income property values go down, we have also seen a dramatic rise in rental rates. Normally, it can be several years before a newly purchased rental property begins to show a profit. However, if that property is significantly undervalued in a market with rapidly rising rents, an investor can enjoy an immediate return on his investment. With this in mind, we are now diligently pursuing undervalued income properties to add to our portfolio -- properties that promise an immediate and high rate of return.

About Cascadia Investments, Inc.

Cascadia Investments, Inc. (Other OTC:CDIV.PK - News) is a publicly traded, real estate development company operating in the Pacific Northwest. The company's principal objective is to create equity and long-term earnings growth through the acquisition and development or renovation of undervalued and foreclosed real estate.

Safe Harbor Statement under the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995: Except for historical information, the forward-looking matters discussed in this news release are subject to certain risks and uncertainties which could cause the Company's actual results and financial condition to differ materially from those anticipated by the forward-looking statements including, but not limited to, the Company's liquidity and the ability to obtain financing, the timing of regulatory approvals, uncertainties related to corporate partners or third-parties, product liability, the dependence on third parties for manufacturing and marketing, patent risk, copyright risk, competition, and the early stage of products being marketed or under development, as well as other risks indicated from time to time in the Company's filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The Company assumes no obligation to update or supplement forward-looking statements that become untrue because of subsequent events.

CDIV (Pinksheets):
Increasing momentum since yesterday. Gained yesterday 75% to 0,007 - but that gain says nothing: opening was already *0,007 and most ALL bought in yesterday did it between 0,007 and 0,0084! So nobody
had frontloaded this! Has a very small free trading float of ~22M!
Could explode within the next days beyond 0,02!

Share structure (as of 11/7/08):
A/S: 600,000,000
O/S: 119,400,500
Restricted 97,375,000
Float: 22,025,550

response email I just recieved from najir the ceo cdiv:

Hi Steve
First and foremost, let me welcome you and thank you for being a new shareholder.
As for your question about 2008, we didn't think it was prudent to make any acquisitions till the market has settled.
In other words we didn't want to catch a falling knife, but now that the real estate market has settled (in my opinion) and we are seeing that the banks are offering "workouts" to home owners, this should stabilize the market.
With this in mind, we are actively pursuing opportunities and will keep all of our shareholder informed via press releases.
Thank you for your questions
Nazir

CDIV RECAP

ALL IN ALL, A HEALTHY CLOSE!!!! WE HELD .005

support levels held, churned shares into longer stronger hands, some profit taking & yet we did very well...

CDIV Bid: 0.003 Ask: 0.006 Last: 0.005 ($): -0.002 Vol: 242,700

tomorrow we either trade side ways/even -- or we go up...

still looking very good on the pull back..... tomorrow we close green again imo!

we needed today imo... Fri up, Monday up, today we consolidated... little bit off profit takers... should turn back up tomorrow

Q&A

Q: Why were shares so hard to get at the end?????

A: tight structure and no one was budging! had a few small sells that brought it down a bit, but after that,,,, no one would sell at 5's and MM's could not do anything... I think in this instance the MM's will have to move up the pps a bit to get sellers or start shorting... & I dont think they want to short this any time son

at least thats how I seen today play out.... very little profit selling and the MM's down ticked in hopes for a "panic selling" to start.... WE called their (mm's) bluff... NO ONE was willing to sell at 005... IMHO MM's will have to move this back up to get the ball rolling again

but all this is contingent on supply & demand!!

we need volume wanting shares, and the mm's not having any,, then the pps will be moved up to get those to sell for a profit

BS -- but typical games

if you want more shares, then tomorrow might be a good day to get in IMHO... its were I got in at/lol I am even right now * 5's./lol but feel a nice pop with volume can happen!

new news today:

Cascadia Investments, Inc. Offers Corporate Update to Current and Potential Shareholders

Market Wire "US Press Releases "

TACOMA, WA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 11/19/08 --
Cascadia Investments, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: CDIV)
announced today that the company, as stated in previous releases, is
currently in the process of strategically positioning the company to take
advantage of the impending market bottom and the resulting opportunities.
Several targeted acquisitions are currently being assessed and Cascadia is
positioning itself to reap the benefits by increasing assets at
advantageous prices.

This year, foreclosure rates are up 82.6% year-to-date compared with the
same time a year ago. Foreclosures remain on track to surpass 1 million by
the end of the year. Pre-foreclosures, which include notices of default
and/or foreclosure auction prior to actual foreclosure, are expected to end
up at a record 2 million according to Foreclosures.com reports.

"We are currently anticipating, due to current market conditions, the
increase of our investment portfolio by more than double within the next
year," stated Nazir Maherali, CEO and President of Cascadia Investments,
Inc. "It is a top priority of management to meet our fiduciary obligation
to shareholders by continuing to increase shareholder value. The market
cap of the company is currently less than 25% of the total revenue
generating assets of more than $2,500,000."

Mr. Maherali continued, "We will strive to update shareholders in a timely
fashion as we select individual properties that we feel will offer larger
returns on investment, or R.O.I. As we close on these properties will keep
the public abreast of the added asset value to our portfolio. The primary
method of communication will be through consistent press releases and also
through our website at www.cascadiainvestmentsinc.com. Watch for updates
on the website, including the creation of a new CEO Corner."

Purio / Malaysian Company Discuss Marketing and Manufacturing Arrangement

Market Wire "US Press Releases "

BLAINE, WA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 12/08/08 --
Purio (OTCBB: PURO) is pleased to report that it
is engaged in discussions regarding the marketing and manufacturing of its
products in Malaysia. The Malaysian company states that the portability of
the Purio equipment makes it ideal for the oil and gas exploration industry
in that region because drilling rig personnel are housed in portable camps.
The transportability of Purio equipment, whether the application be for
drinking water purification, or wastewater treatment appears to be very
suitable for this type of application.

Malaysia is strategically located to potentially supply to a broad market
in Southeast Asia. The country's historical roots go back to its formation
from the union of a group of British colonies therefore its government is
modeled after the British Parliamentary system. This Southeast Asian nation
experienced an economic boom and underwent rapid development during the
late 20th century with rapid growth averaging 8% from 1991 to 1997.
Malaysia is strategically positioned as one of three countries that control
the Strait of Malacca, therefore international trade plays a large role in
its economy. It is a world-class producer of tin, rubber and palm-oil.
Malaysia has a well developed manufacturing industry which has a
significant influence in the country's economy.
