shot up to .019 then mms took it down to .014, looks like a good dip here

Globex, Inc. Announces Take-Over Bids From International Organizations
Globex, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GLXI) today announced that it has received several take-over offers from international organizations. The organizations have proposed to acquire all the outstanding common shares of Globex via a friendly take-over bid. The offer price per share is well above Globex's current price per share. Globex's Board of Directors will thoroughly review all of the offers this month and decide which of them, if any, is in the best interests of shareholders. Further details will be disclosed upon the signing of a potential take-over support agreement.
