The company has signed several agreements and gained several major new customers in recent weeks.
Following its successful completion of a reverse merger with SFWJ, SES is uniquely positioned to address the CRM needs of the growing market of small to medium-sized companies, as well as those of the telecom operators in APAC, allowing them to offer the same superior level of services to their clients as large enterprises, at merely a fraction of the cost.
"Today, most small to medium-sized organizations, especially in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region, lack computerized CRM tools. Most CRM tools designed for telecom operators (such as Clarify, Microsoft and others) are very expensive, complex and require long implementation processes. In addition, these CRM tools do not always offer a comprehensive solution for all telecom departments," says CEO Clarisa Rojo.
According to the latest market report from Boston-based AMR Research, the market for CRM tools reached $11.7 billion in 2005, showing a growth of 8% in the last year and a growth of 18% in the last two years. Forrester Research predicts that the global market for CRM products will reach $18 billion in 2010, with most of the growth coming from small to medium-sized companies. According to leading research company, Gartner, the CRM market in APAC alone is forecasted to grow even faster, at a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 18% between 2006 and 2010 and will reach $679 million.
To meet the needs of this high-growth market, SES has introduced Effective, an extremely robust, cost-effective, flexible software platform that simplifies and optimizes a wide range of organizational functions such as sales/marketing, service delivery, resource and operations management. This user-friendly, cost-effective software package caters to the unique requirements of small to medium-sized enterprises and telecom operators with limited financial resources, which wish to ensure maximal efficiency, optimal service quality and superior performance of their operations.
