Can anyone give me any ideas what is up here?
In the case of PDEN, its recent daily increase in PPS was 1400% . This appears to be happening a couple of times a month at least, closing between .0001 and .03 regularly. Is this easy money or would you be able to sell after you owned it? Any insight here?

The volume is very low. There were only four trades on 23 thousand shares so you probably would not be able to sell if you were able to get a buy. JMHO
