MIAMI BEACH, FL, Dec 12, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Universal Communication Systems, Inc. (UCSY, Trade ) (BERLIN: UVC) (XETRA: UVC) (FRANKFURT: UVC) (MNCH: UVC) (WKN: 917633) subsidiary AirWater Corporation company president Michael Zwebner stated today that the company has successfully completed international delivery of four units of Air Water Machines to the U.S. Military. In direct email communications, the Military has confirmed that initial Op-Tests on one of the machines are great and the water quality is similar (compared) to fresh mountain spring (water).
Michael Zwebner went on to state: "This initial emailed report from the U.S. Military is a major positive endorsement of the company's air to water machines and products as well as the quality of the water produced by our machines on site at the military base. We continue to strive at all times to both improve and maintain top quality air to water products, and the highest standards of water production."

In a separate development, Mr. Zwebner reports that the company is making great strides in introducing its entire range of air to water large machines to numerous governments in Africa. Interest is great for the larger machines that produce water in amounts ranging from 1,000 to 5,000 liters per day.
