I'm going to be very honest. In the penny market I take the charts into consideration, but mostly try to see what types of stocks have been moving and which seem to be getting the most pub on the message boards. This fits into those categories. You can try to fool yourself into all the ta you want, but the pennies are mostly a scam, but you can still make some money if you play them right.

Nice news this one could really bounce off lows and gap filled now:Axia Group Inc. Signs Letter of Intent to Introduce its Home Building Technology in Pakistan Nov 2, 2006 9:20:00 AM SAN DIEGO, Nov. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Axia Group, Inc. (OTC: AXGJ) announced today that it has begun shipment of panels to begin building a model home in Pakistan for evaluation in the earthquake affected regions of that country. This project is being carried out in conjunction with the Pakistan nonprofit, Society for Sustainable Development (SSD).
The contract with SSD calls for Axia to build a model home for the evaluation by agencies which are sponsoring rebuilding efforts in that region. SSD, as established nonprofit in Pakistan, has secured the land and labor to build the model home and has agreed to serve as the marketing and project manager for Axia in Pakistan. Axia will provide the panels and begin training the Pakistan labor force in the panel methodology. The Letter of Intent signed on March 8, 2006 between Axia and SSD does not provide for any guarantees or commitments for homes or financial remuneration to Axia.
Stated Jeffrey Flannery, CEO of Axia Group, Inc., "Pakistan is seeking housing solutions for its people that can better withstand the regular and sometimes violent seismic activity in these areas. We are proposing a single family home very similar to what we have successfully introduced in Sri Lanka. The proximity of our Sri Lanka operations to Pakistan makes this a very feasible project and I believe we need to be a participant in the rebuilding efforts in this region of the world. We look forward to demonstrating our capabilities in Pakistan and expanding our program into that region."
The Kashmir earthquake (also known as the South Asia earthquake or Pakistan earthquake) of 2005 was a major earthquake whose epicenter was the Pakistan-administered disputed region of Kashmir. The earthquake occurred on October 8, 2005. It registered a minimum magnitude of 7.6 making it a major earthquake similar in intensity to the 1906 San Francisco earthquake. The Pakistani government's official death toll was put at greater than 70,000 and more than 200,000 rural homes were destroyed.
The Axia panel technology consists of wire trusses that are welded together around an insulation core of expanded polystyrene (Styrofoam). After put in place as wall, floor or roof, this panel is then coated with concrete. The resulting structure is able to withstand winds of greater than 180 kilometers per hour, is resistant to mold, mildew, insects and is highly fire resistant. Axia has completed homes in Sri Lanka and is currently involved in a number of projects with the Sri Lankan government to build multi-residence buildings in Colombo, the capital of Sri Lanka.

(OTC: AXGJ) announced today that it has received a Letter of Award from the International Association of Lions Clubs - Sri Lanka to build 79 new homes in the tsunami affected area of Batticalao.
