New Underwater Breathing Device Set to Revolutionize Scuba Industry
Tuesday October 24, 6:00 am ET

Homeland Security Group International Announces Expanded Capabilities for the Neptune EBD; HMSG Announces Significant Testing Advances With Development Partners Leading to Launch of New, Expanded Capabilities Model of Its Patented Neptune EBD-1 Breathing Device

SAN DIEGO, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Oct 24, 2006 -- Homeland Security Group International, Inc. (Other OTC:HMSG.PK - News) announced today that its newest product, Neptune EBD1 has been re-designed to extend the breathing time to fifty-five minutes.
Source: Homeland Security Group International

The new breathing device measures approximately 13 inches long, 4 1/2 inches wide with a weight of just less than five (5) pounds. The new version, which has not been officially named, will supply 55 to 60 minutes of positive, 2-stage regulated airflow depending on stress level.

Like its predecessor, the Neptune EBD1, this new device utilizes factory-sealed air cylinders making it immediately ready for use even after prolonged storage. Just one hand is required to start the device. It is small and lightweight and currently comes with an optional holster pouch. Only a short orientation is required prior to use. The device is ideal for aircrew members, workers in confined spaces (such as mines), firefighters, law enforcement, divers, hazmat crews, etc.

"We have been working closely with the inventor to get this offering to the market quickly due to market interest. We feel this newest generation will revolutionize the diving industry," commented Powers. "Imagine a 5 pound air bottle that allows for 55 minutes of breathing time. Paperwork for new patents is near completion. We previewed the Neptune EBD1 at Strong Angel III Integrated Disaster Response Demonstration in August. Since that date we have aggressively targeted Fire Departments, Emergency First Responders, Military and Law Enforcement personnel. Everyone we have shown this device immediately wants more information. This new version was borne out of feedback from military, civilian and law enforcement divers. These trained military and civilian professional divers are telling us this is the greatest thing that the diving industry has seen in a long time," concluded Powers.

Powers offered the following points that make the Neptune the wave of the future:

1. Size
2. Capacity
3. The device uses air, not oxygen or other mixes
4. Quick deployment
5. Very light pressure to receive air into the mouth (Persons do not have
to use strong lung capacity for intake of air)
6. Long shelf life
7. No maintenance
8. Lightweight
9. It doesn't interfere with other equipment carried on the person
The company is also working with their joint venture partner Recon Mountaineer LLC to design a new Buoyancy Compensating (BC) vest that will incorporate the EBD. EBD1 models are available for immediate shipping. HMSG expects to have the new version available for sale by mid November.

Videos of the Neptune EBD-1 can be viewed on the HMSG website at: www.hstinc.us

1stfidelity) The EBD-1 was a great Emergency Breathing Device IMO! Now with 55-60 minutes of air, Sport Scuba Divers as well as Emergency workers will appreciate the size of this device and the amount of air available. I say give the word a little time to be spread and look for Military contracts. This could be the product HMSG was looking for IMO! GLTY!

SAN DIEGO, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Oct 26, 2006 -- Homeland Security Group International (Other OTC:HMSG.PK - News) announced today that its Products Division has received letters of intent to purchase over one thousand Combat Utility Bags (CUB-V1) from its network of vendors and authorized resellers.

Source: Homeland Security Group International

The company also touted Recon Mountaineer's aggressive design adaptation philosophy that has contributed to the US Army Medical Material Agency recently announcing the TC3V1 (BAG, TC3, COMBAT CASUALTY CARE NSN 6545015370686) in directives as a standard component of the new Combat Lifesaver Bag system for all US Army Medics replacing the currently carried nylon tri-fold bag.

The recently released US Army Medical Material Agency directive lists the Combat Lifesaver Bag (TC3) as a standard element of the new assemblage being shipped to all non-medical commands for use by all US Army medics. All Active-Duty, Reserve and National Guard medics will now be able to order the TC3 bags through their local medical supply chain. The adoption of the TC3 bag offers a strong improvement over the previous nylon tri-fold bag issued to Army medics.

The roll-out of the TC3 bag will contribute to standardization of equipment throughout the US Army and is anticipated to lead to a significant increase in TC3 orders. In addition, the US Navy Corpsmen working with the US Marine Corps have been exposed to, and are utilizing, the identical bag under the nomenclature of the Combat Trauma Bag.

With over 40,000 medics in the US Army and 20,000 medics in the other services, HMSG should see significant increases in bag orders from the military, according to Colonel Jeffrey Powers, USMC (Ret), CEO of HMSG. In addition, there should be a commensurate increase in orders for Forward Surgical Teams, Combat Support Hospitals, Battalion Aid Stations and other rear echelon care facilities.

With the TC3 Bag now firmly entrenched as a standard field medical equipment carrier for the US military, HMSG expects to see significant accelerated adoption of the TC3 in both the domestic US civilian EMS community as well as adoption by foreign military services as they recognize the standardization being undertaken by the United States Department of Defense.

"We are extremely proud that the US Army has chosen our bag as the backbone for their improved casualty care system," commented Colonel Powers of HMSG. "Our joint venture partner RM has conducted liaison with the prime vendors, the Defense Logistics Agency, the Army Medical Material Agency and manufacturers to ensure fulfillment of orders and deployment of the bags to ordering units. Our main priority is getting this essential equipment into the hands of lifesavers worldwide. We are locked and loaded and ready to serve those that protect our freedoms and administer medical care to our warriors."

This is where Im putting what money I have left from HMSC LOL

SAN DIEGO, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Nov 1, 2006 --
Homeland Security Group International (Other OTC:HMSG.PK - News) announced today that its Products Division, working in conjunction with its Joint Venture Partner, Recon Mountaineer, has introduced the newest entry in its line of combat lifesaver products designed for US Navy Corpsmen and US Army Medics.

Source: Homeland Security Group International

The Combat Trauma System Suite or CTS-V1 is a three bag enhanced system for the Combat Trauma Bag (USMC/Navy) which has been battle tested in Iraq and Afghanistan and is extensively used by US Army and US Navy combat medics. The CTS-V1 is constructed of 420-500 Hybrid Denier Cordura and was designed to meet or exceed all the demands of field medical combat lifesaver professionals. The versatility and construction of the new CTS-V1 three bag system helps to increase the efficiency of first responder/combat lifesaver when assessing and treating casualties. The CTS-V1 provides a system that ensures the right amount and type of equipment is carried and utilized.

"The new system was designed from lessons learned in combat. US Military Combat Lifesavers and first responders have been using various bags to assist them in immediate care and triage of casualties and then other bags for carrying restock items for re-supply after the dust settles," commented Recon Mountaineer President and Chief Designer Donald "Mack" Mylnek. "Recon Mountaineer is proud for the opportunity to support our brave warriors in all environments and thanks them for their sacrifices and selfless devotion to duty."

The new system was designed to meet many challenges that medics face everyday. Accommodating the main function of the current Combat Trauma Bag (CTB/TC3), the CLS-V1 uses pre-loaded medical gear inserts to eliminate the need for digging through a bag to find the proper equipment. The system also enhances re-supply time and helps track the use of medical supplies.

The three bag system features include One CTB-V3, sling carried Combat Lifesaver Bag with insert, One CTS-V1 Restock Bag, Three CTB restock inserts to accommodate the CTB-V3 or TC3-V1 (NSN: 6545-01-537-0686), a Leg Rig consisting of three expedient inserts and pistol holster and the bottom of the CTS-V1 Re-stock bag holds five 1000 milliliter IV solution bags while the top of the bag has three large mesh compartments for organizing more sensitive items.

The new system will be used extensively and tested by US Navy Corpsmen during an upcoming Mojave Viper training exercise at Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center Twentynine Palms, California. The Mojave Viper exercise carries a unit through a 24-day schedule that pushes them through a 14-day Combined Arms Training exercise, a seven-day Urban Warfare Training exercise and a three-day Final Exercise prior to deploying to combat duty.

"The Mojave Viper exercise is probably the most comprehensive training event that units complete prior to deployment," commented Colonel Jeffrey Powers, USMC (Ret), CEO of Homeland Security Group International. "Mojave Viper integrates all war fighting functions of fire and maneuver, command and control, intelligence, logistics and force protection. Marines and Corpsmen will be putting our CLS-V1 bag through it paces in every aspect of casualty care during the exercise."

I agree. This one has everything HMSC never had. Great products with potential growth. Hopfully, now that they have met the requirement for their light weight body armor they can get through the politics of red tape and DOD will recognize a product that really works better than the one their paying big bucks for.
