This website and marketing agreement comes with an established player base. This provides the company with a direct revenue stream. The website was established in July 2004 and began current operations in September 2004. The company earns a fixed 80% of the rake for poker games and tournaments and 85% of net losses from sports wagers from it's players. These percentages are the highest known to the company in the industry. The website profited over $5700 in December 2005 and the company hopes to expand on that figure by adding additional players as well as the NCAA tournament, NBA playoffs and the start of the Major League Baseball should add additional revenue from the sportsbook. The company is planning an aggressive marketing campaign to promote the website. This includes sponsoring professional poker players at tournaments as well as print, radio, online and TV advertising. The company has posted it's year end financials for the period ending 12/31/05 on pinksheets.com. The company will be positing it's first quarter financial statements on 4/15/06. It will include all revenues from from http://www.searchjerk.com/ this year as well as limited revenues from the poker website.
