("Southridge"), the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, has signed a letter of intent ("LOI") whereby Southridge Ethanol would acquire 100% of Celuhol Biotech Inc. c-25-A/94-G-15 produced approximately 1.4 Million Cubic Feet per day (MMcf.d).

c-36-A/94-G-15 produced approximately 1.154 MMcf.d.

These wells have not produced any water.
