It's a withdrawal of an SB-2 for 111mil shares from July. It's a good thing, no, a great thing. Means they cancelled planned dilution.
Mind you, they do have an S-8 out for 20mil, but, the o/s right now is only 9mil anyway. Volume can move this one...
