CYSG is currently 33% down on the day. There have been no PR's or bad news that I can find on this company to cause this to happen.
Last time this same exact thing happened, the stock dropped down to .009, then rebounded to 4 cents on 3/30/06.
Keep an eye on it, do your DD, and GLTA.

As of June 30, 2006, there were 2,866,780,331 shares of common stock potentially issuable upon the exercise of stock options (8,207,721 shares), warrants (5,700,000 shares) and the conversion of convertible securities (2,852,872,610 shares).
Lot of stock floating around out there for this one, a potential of 2,852,872,610 shares as of June 30. I would guess that 858,200,000 shares was included in that 2 billion+. I would also guess that would cover the conversion rates for the Series, A, B, C, D, shares also.
That doesn't exclude from having some gains, but I would think that it is still be diluted, and any serious threat of a run would be thwarted by the dilution.
They will have bounces, pops, gains, whatever you choose to call them with large O/S and dilution present, but sooner or later the large supply of shares will be more than is needed to satisfy the demand, and abort the run.

had a very nice run on friday the incredible volume spike got my attention i got in at .0029 and sold at .0044 when profit taking kicked in but it bounced around .003/31 so i got back in at .0032 at the end Will might be right about the share structure but the chart and the way it traded friday suggest that something might be up i think there can be some money made here on monday

Again, there is no doubt they will bounce because of technicals, but a sustained run can be aborted by the readily available supply. I am not saying not to play a stock with a bloated O/S, just to excercise care, and don't expect too much. I am playing TPWR right now, and am concerend about 750M+ O/S killing any chance of a decent run. This one has a "potential" O/S of almost 3B. The exact current O/S is unknown, but wtih open dilution the diluting MM will appear on the Ask and sell sell sell. I would watch for ARCA or AUTO to appear on the Ask and kill the run, (probably ARCA).
