Stopped by ATWEC and spent an hour talking with MR. Wiley. Very nondescript building in smokeless industry part of town but clean inside and out. Employees in back and in the office. Very polite and informative people. Mr Wiley was very well spoken and excitable.
As for my conversation with the CEO and it is being divulged with his blessing:
Outstanding-420 million Cash in bank-400 thousand no more selling until pps is greatly increased. Greatly increased. Insurance deal is done. Approx 7 days but we know how that is. Moving to new pinks Audit also being done. Manufacturing facility in Mobile Al.

ATWEC Technologies Forecast Sales Increase for FY 2007 Tuesday August 22, 11:06 am ET
Company Updates Web Site for West Bend Mutual Policyholders
MEMPHIS, TN--(MARKET WIRE)--Aug 22, 2006 -- ATWEC Technologies (Other OTC:ATWT.PK - News) announced today that it expects to rapidly ramp up sales for its FY 2007 beginning September 01, 2006. This will continue the acceleration of orders as the company sold and installed upwards of 400 units in 2005 over 2004, an increase in sales by 300% in FY 06. The forecasted sales increase for FY 07 is mostly due to anticipated orders from customers such as the West Bend Mutual Insurance Company policy holders, the Hillbourgh School District, the Louisiana Headstart Group, and the Shelby County Headstart Group.
ADVERTISEMENT ATWEC has just finished updating its web site for the West Bend policyholders. At the site, they can log in to find a distributor and when they supply a valid customer number, they can print a discount coupon for KiddieSystems products in addition to any policy discount offered by their insurance carrier. West Bend services about 14% of the national market and ATWEC accepts the challenge of capturing this business with the endorsement of such a respected partner.
"ATWEC's marketing efforts are on track to accomplish its goal for FY 07 and our underlying mission of ensuring our children's safety looks as bright as ever," said CEO Alex T. Wiley.

ATWEC Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ATWT) announced today that they have introduced its Kiddie Kid safety Spokes Kid at a charity event in Memphis, Tennessee. Kiddie Kid was designed to draw the attention of children to the importance of safety and to promote the Kiddie Systems products as a solution to unsafe situations. Kiddie Kid is a life size person designed to capture the attention of our children, while teaching them necessary safety skills as they are transported via bus, van, or cars. "Kiddie Kid makes all the sense in the world because he appeals to issues associated with our children, particularly in transportation and other matters well beyond. This appeal for the children will realize captive audiences -- which are now the parents -- to becoming more aware of the Kiddie Systems safety products and their necessity," said President/CEO Alex T. Wiley.
Children in attendance today were provided copies of the company-produced comic book "The Adventures of Kiddie Kid." ATWEC will disseminate the serialized comic on a semi-annual basis to the preschool and educational systems, keeping the child safety issue before the eyes of children, parents and school administrators. The comic will be available for download from the corporate website November 15, 2006.
The company-sponsored party on the grounds of the S. Parkway E. Kiddie Learning Center was attended by Tennessee State Representatives and local celebrities. Tennessee was the first state to mandate child protective safety devices on all school buses and day care vans. U.S. Senate candidate Harold Ford, Jr. (D-TN) is among the supporters of the federal bill to require rear-view visibility standards on all vehicles to prevent back-over accidents.
As sales of Kiddie Systems products grow, ATWEC Technologies will donate a portion of profits to its Safety Charity. The charity will provide Kiddie Systems units to organizations lacking the needed funds to equip their vehicles. It will also call for donations from the public as awareness for protective measures in child transportation grows.
