I'm on SLJB. SLJB is eminent. There’s time on WWEN. I like it back in the .04-.05 range.

hummm... not what I saw I think you looked late at the L2's after some MM's cleared out The bid was at something like .075ish and the ask was at .08 so to finish the day two trades went through at .08 one for 100 shares and one at an odd number like 9786ish. Some guy posting on Ihub claims to have baought it. It was nice cause it poped up the pps at the end of the day! Check it out on the wwen board at Ihub.

NEW YORK, Oct 25, 2006 (PrimeZone Media Network via COMTEX) -- W2 Energy Inc. (Pink Sheets:WWEN) a developer of green energy, is pleased to announce it has filed its Form 10 with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The management of the company made the decision to go back to a Form 10 rather than the SB-2 registration as a result of the current share price. Mr. Michael McLaren states, "The management and the board of the W2 Energy feel the current share price is too low to authorize an SB-2 registration of shares. The company has the financial resources near term to continue the execution of its business plan and management decided not to incur unnecessary dilution to the shareholders at this time." The company's is executing on its business plan and is moving forward on target. W2 Energy continues to push forward on other projects including joint venture relationships and other partnership opportunities.

I had received an email from WWEN stating that the answers to my questions would be in the filing, but I honestly don't have the time to check it out right now. Hopefully, I'll find a little time later on tonight.
