LOL ...probably an MM rounding out his books.
i've had my eye on this play for a couple months now and it MIGHT be ready for a bounce. pink sheets dot com says there are only 896,000 shares outstanding which seems hard to believe. maybe it's a misprint and should be 896 million. i dunno. but, even if this play makes a move... watch out cuz with all the former company names and history of splits, this is probably one of the bigger POS/scams out there.

Actually today was a good day. Had almost twice average volumes, and was down 41% from open at one time, (.007), and closed down 22.5%, (.0093).
O/S : State the number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer's classes of common equity, as the latest practicable date: The total number of shares of the registrant's Common Stock, par value $.001 per share, outstanding on May 12, 2006 was 1,225,114.
Don't get too excited over the low O/S, there is an open SB2 for : 8,575,000. Also an open 424B3 for 7.5M shares. (I am not sure if the 424B3 is not part of the SB2 ???). Even if it is, we are looking at a total potential O/S of 17.4M, if it isn't then potential O/S is 9.95M. Either way it is GREAT.
When it moves, it wil catch resistance at .02, but could very easily see .023 from here. That .007 was the quick take down I look for. There was only one trade at .007, and it quickly recovered to .0093. Next week should be good.

After re-reading the filings, the SB-2 is for the same amount as the 424B3, 8,575,000, the SB-2 was filed to increase the issued and outstanding for sale into the market, and cover the 424B3. Consider the new O/S or soon to be new O/S, as 9,800,114 shares.
