The company that comes to mind is GWGO. Here is a piece of that news:
"The Company has outstanding Form 10-KSB and Form 10-QSB Filings that need to completed and audited, hence the importance of the Company appointing a new Auditor. The Company is committed to an application to return the OTC BB Market and cannot take this step, until these outstanding filings have been completed. The Company wishes to see these filings completed as fast as is possible and will keep stockholders updated on our progress."
Does anyone know of any other companies going to Bulletin Boards from Pink?

FGFC planning to go to OTCBB, EOY. many have made this plan few have done it. I think these guys will!! JMO.

True, it sure seems that not all of them follow through with their plans. Then again, I am not sure on the time frame a company has to do this and how many has actually done it. FGFC does look like it will follow through from what I have read on it so far.

I believe that in 2005 out of the hundreds of pinks that made the claim, 7 of them actually did it. It's a classic pump.

You're right, Upside, about 3 out of every 1,000 pinks move to a higher exchange, and maybe 1 out of all of them get by the OTCBB.

It is a typical company pump move to first report, company share buy back, then, audit, form 10 filing, preparing to move to a higher exchange, and then they dilute like crazy.
