Not bashing...but USXP lost its spark big time. All that talk about Middle East funds and oil made this look good. Now since its been so long since we heard anything like that, any PR they come out with is just fluff. USXP really needs something BIG to move back up and stay up. For now, its just a game. All my opinion.

USXP (.005) COMMENTS ON NEW YORK POST ARTICLE EXPOSING AIRPORT SCREENERS SELLING CONFISCATED ITEMS ON EBAY

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 27, 2006--
In contact information, the contact name for the release
should read: Tanish Smith (sted Kathleen Fahey).

The corrected release reads:

THE COALITION FOR LUGGAGE SECURITY COMMENTS ON NEW YORK POST
ARTICLE EXPOSING AIRPORT SCREENERS SELLING CONFISCATED ITEMS ON EBAY

The Coalition for Luggage Security reported today that, according
to a New York Post article, federal security screeners have engaged in
inappropriate activity within airports. According to the article,
published June 16, 2006, "'Air'Head Security Slimebags", federal
security screeners were caught confiscating and keeping drugs,
soliciting a child with child pornography, and selling seized knives
for profit on eBay.
"Among other outrageous actions listed in a Homeland Security
report by the DHS Inspector General, security officers sold items
stolen from passengers on eBay, netting them $300 a month and over
$13,000 in confiscated goods found in their homes. Also mentioned was
the distribution of pornography to a minor by a TSA Supervisor, and
Air Marshals conspiring to transport 15 kilos of cocaine. When will
our airports be returned to local airport control?" said Richard A.
Altomare, Founder & Chairman of the Coalition for Luggage Security,
and CEO of Universal Express, Inc. (OTCBB: USXP).
"To create safer skies for millions of passengers, the TSA was
moved into our airports. Locked cockpit doors and new pilot firearm
policies have fixed the problem. Do we need continued expensive
governmental bureaucracies when local airports could do the job as
well? Let's utilize the TSA on our borders or elsewhere!" continued
Mr. Altomare.
"The present system has room for improvement if our recommended
baggage reduction is implemented. The traveling public and all
tax-paying citizens deserve the highest benefits of travel without
such atrocities. In addition to the present system's 57 lost suitcases
every minute, our suggested reduction of clutter and luggage for the
traveler and security solution stand to generate substantial benefits
for the federal government, airlines, mass transit, and American
citizens as a whole. My 'white paper' clearly identifies the steps to
providing security and peace of mind for many travelers," concluded
Richard A. Altomare.

Is he really saying he's getting money from Dubai again? That is too funny! Read back on the other threads and look at all his bs prs from as far back as you can before wasting a dime on this. Not bashing the stock and some might actually be able to flip it and make something. Long term, this is a bust. Someday, there will be enough people sick enough of his lies that maybe they will stay away from this loser.
Back in March, he was waiting for 40 million that was already approved and waiting in a bank in New York for the paper work to be done.
He is currently in federal court for pumping his stock. A consumate con man. Be warned and do some invertigating on your own before losing your money.

Coalition for Luggage Security Warns Suitcase Bombs Are a High Risk for July 4th Weekend

June 28, 2006 08:00:06 (ET)

NEW YORK, Jun 28, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- The Coalition for Luggage Security Founder and Chairman of the Coalition for Luggage Security, and CEO of Universal Express, Inc. (USXP, Trade) Richard A. Altomare said, "Despite the Coalition petitioning Homeland Security for the past three years, our airports and our travelers are 'sitting ducks' for suitcase bombs this and other Holiday weekends." The Coalition for Luggage Security represents transportation, logistics and air courier companies seeking to enhance passenger and travel luggage security.

"Any Terrorist doesn't have to play by our rules and have his suitcase examined, he simply can enter any airport terminal and detonate on any ticket line with maximum effect," continued Mr. Altomare. (http://www.luggagesecuritycoalition.com/article/100705.asp).

"Airport screeners are additionally not prepared for suitcase bombs containing chemical, biological or even nuclear explosives and yet we continue with our status-quo system of looking for lighters and pocket knives, while the airlines additionally lose 57 suitcases a minute!"

"Recently a Congressional investigation snuck bomb components easily past our screeners in 21 targeted airports as an example of our lack of preparedness." (http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/11863165/from/RS.5/).

"Our hands-free travel program of separating passengers from their luggage at their homes and brought directly to the travelers end destination is functioning flawlessly (www.travellighter.com). If properly supported by our government the proposed cost will be only $20 per suitcase. Luggage should be separated from the traveler. A separate line for travelers without luggage also ensures a faster check-in process."

Altomare said that for the past three years, the Coalition has been asking Federal Homeland Security sources and aviation and transportation trade associations to test his luggage security "hands free travel" program. "Our companies presently pick up luggage from a traveler's home or office and handle the processing, tagging and delivery of the luggage to the traveler's final destination". Rather than having to take the luggage through the crowded check-in points, travelers will be offered this new procedure for shipping their luggage in advance or the day they travel.

"Their luggage is presently shipped to reach their destination safely and in plenty of time for their arrival. This luggage security idea would deprive terrorists of the chance to detonate a suitcase bomb," said Mr. Altomare.

"Are we sadly waiting for an inevitable suitcase bomb to go off at an airport or train terminal in a major American city during a Holiday weekend before examining new ways of handling traveler luggage?" asked Mr. Altomare. "We have the capability, the technology and the reason to act. Let's not have another tragedy occur and then sadly realize all we had to do was lock the cockpit doors," concluded Mr. Altomare.

I dunno who told you prices are coming down but they're lying to you. I just called for a quote and those prices above are accurate. By the way fedex guarantees next day delivery Luggage express doesnt. I travel regularly and check their pricing before every trip and they haven't dropped in the last 8 months. I had USXP when they jumped to .04 and that was well before the "Dubai deal" and "foreign investors" supposedly showed up. That was good advice about reading the old threads. Do your own DD and good luck but dont believe anything RA says it's all a bunch of hooey.

No, the Dubai deal and Foreign Investors happened while it started going up. The thing that triggered it to start moving was the superbowl ad, but the Dubai deals is what made it go to .04.

How can people get on the same page here? You believe the hype and bs. Most of us know better. Before you say what a great stock this is, please go back and look at some of the sec filings and show us where he has ever made a dime. He loses millions every year doesn't he? Have a look and see and try to make an educated decision.
