Anyone have any info about this? I have been playing FEMO for about a year buying in around .03 and selling at .04 to make some gas money. Now that they have changed their name I have seen them drop a few times into the .01's which is all time lows for them but I dont see any info to justify it. Anyone know anything???

State the number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer's classes of common equity, as of the latest practicable date: As of May 15, 2006, there were 157,285,122 shares of common stock issued and outstanding.
Closed at .0185 yesterday. I like it to go lower yet.

Closed at .0175 today. Still like it to go a bit lower. I'd love to buy it .0125, don't know if it will get that depressed. MM's can evaporate .005 off the price of a stock in minutes, somtimes less than a minute.

Closed at .016 today, did see .0155, only .003 from my dream price of .0125. Never say never, it just lost .003 from 8/8's close of .0185, to today's LOD, .0155 The volumes are a little murky, because of the name change. The 5 day avg while trading as AGLV is 809K, when it traded as FEMO I think a good 20 Day avg estimate would be 200K- 250K, and a good 50 Day avg. estimate be about 350K tops 400K. Notice the variance in today's volume, and the 5 Day avg compared to the 20 and 50 day. Last three days has seen higher than usual volume and some big red candlesticks. Now, most folks don't like red, but in this case it just might be a good thing. I am hoping for a .0125 bottom, but think I am fooling myself. I will be looking for a quick price take down with a quick recovery intraday, that might be the signal this will be ready to recover some of its losses.

after seeing this thing stick at .014x.015 for awhile, then close the gap to .0145x.015, i decided to get in..
30k at .015.. i really like this chart. right next to bottom bollinger band, with a pretty low rsi just near 30.5.. plus if it gets a good bounce, this thing can be up past .030 in no time.. but i'm playin safe and playing it till .019..

I have a difficult time picking the bottom. You did see the take down to .0143, and the recovery. They immediately ran the Ask to .019. Can't say for sure, but it looks like it could reverse from here.
Good luck guys!

Kind of weird how they raised the Bid to .015, and the Ask to .019, but never covered the .0143 with a transaction all afternoon either at Bid or the spread. I'm sure it has ocurred before, but I never witnessed it, at least not for that long of time. Let's see if they gap it up in the morning.

... anybody know when the due date is? if it's today, then we should see their 10-Q by next week, and if that's good, then we should have a ncie jump from here.

i think it's because people are impatient. they wanted results RIGHT NOW instead of waiting for 5 days, so they sold out causing the quick drop.
in 5 days, their money will come back in, along with newcomers that will find this stock at a deep discount price with a wide-open range for a run.
the kind of people that trade pennies don't usually like to let their money sit relatively idle for a week, so they took it and are probably playing the other filing companies right now.
this is just my opinion, though.

Relax. This company has 157M O/S. So, they're late filing their Form 10, how many file on time, half? It is as oversold as it gets. Today you saw the big takedown to .009, and the quick recovery. To me those are good signs. Can it kiss that .009 again, sure, anything is possible. I think if you have patience, and bought in close to the bottom, you will be rewarded. Understanding it went to the .009, I consider .01 / .011, bottom, that .009 didn't stick long.

Nice close today. Had a little momentum going into the close. Ask up nicely. Would have liked to seen more volume, but I take what they give. Poised to gap in the morning with any kind of buying pressure. All one has to do now is pick the top and exit there, but remember profit is profit.

Well you got your wish last night with expected results. Poised to gap again tomorrow. Sorry I was early with my alert, had to avg down in the .007's, but hopefully it will keep going some.

Below I posted the O/S reported in the two last Form 10's. That is probably the most important and impressive thing in the Form 10. Very little dilution. They only added 8 million shares in three months.
Assets to Liabilities look like crap, (but what penny stock's doesn't). Cash Flow Statement, I've seen worse.
Fundementals mean little if you're not holding long.

Sorry I missed bottom. Made a little, didn't get hurt. I'll remember where bottom is next time.
Good luck, I think it has more in it yet. Last .013, B/A .012 / .013.

yea, now i play patience till i can get out even, or with a little profit.. i've stopped selling for big losses, at least.
this was a great call, it's even up from the original .015 i had gotten it at. and if anyone was lucky enough to grab some at the super discount of .007, this would have been a pretty quick double.
i'm still glad that i did get out with enough money to cover my commissions.
