oh here's the reason why is it smart to play these forward splits?
Insystcom, Inc. Declares a 6:1 Forward Stock Split The Board of Directors of Insystcom, Inc. (PINK SHEETS: ISYJ), has deemed it advisable and in the best interest of the Company pursuant to Nevada Revised Statutes Section 78.207 to increase the number of issued and outstanding shares of common stock in the Company by way of a forward stock dividend in the amount of 1 Share for 6 Shares as well as increasing the number of authorized shares of common stock by a corresponding amount (500,000,000 to 3,000,000,000 shares of common stock) by way of filing a certificate of incorporation of the Company with Secretary of State of the State of Nevada.
The Company is authorized and empowered to effect the Stock Dividend in the amount of 1 Share for 6 Shares with a record date of September 11, 2006 and payment date of September 12, 2006 pursuant to NASD rules and regulations (10 days).
According to Wil Riner, Chairman and CEO, "The forward stock split will increase the number of shares available for trading and should provide additional liquidity for our investors."
