SAOL up 10% early with sweet LEVEL II right here at .93 x .95

Well, I was a off with my timing as SAOL has traded parallel since I called it a couple of weeks ago but I believe it's ready to breakout here now with increased volume yesterday and solid indicators on it's chart.
