Communicate.com Inc. (OTCBB: CMNN), a rapidly growing eCommerce company, today announced results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2006. All dollar amounts are expressed in USD.
Q2 and first half 2006 financial highlights and Q2 corporate developments include:
- Record Q2 revenues of $1,585,330 compared to $1,050,055 for the same period of 2005
- Record Q2 eCommerce/product sales of $1,505,631 compared to $799,912 for the same period of 2005
- Q2 net income of $81,738 compared to $115,670 for the same period of 2005
- Record first half revenues of $3,117,276 compared to $2,028,381 for the same period of 2005
- Record first half eCommerce/product sales of $2,802,832 compared to $1,440,901 for the same period of 2005
- First half net income of $42,621 compared to $249,142 for the same period of 2005
- Selected as the 18th fastest-growing company in Canada in Profit magazine's 2006 'PROFIT 100' list
- Perfume.com was selected for the 2006-07 Edition of Internet Retailer's 'Top 500 Guide', the definitive ranking and analysis of America's 500 largest online retailers based on their annual sales on the web
- eTail subscriber list was approximately three times as large as of June 30, 2006, compared to the same date in 2005
- Regained ownership of the call.com URL in exchange for future royalties from automobile.com, makeup.com and exercise.com
