The o/s is in excess of 4 billion and has just about topped the a/s. Watch for either an a/s increase or a reverse. Here's the statement from their last 10Q:
Common Stock, $0.001 Par Value, 5,000,000,000 authorized; 4,948,173,844 issued and outstanding

What does a/s stand for? A reverse would be good, no?
Sorry, i'm new to this.

It stands for authorized shares, the amount of shares the company can legally issue. They are maxed out here so something has to change. They either have to raise their authorized or do a reverse split to reduce their outstanding share count (o/s). And no, a reverse would not be good at all. That's the last thing you want to happen.

It would lower the outstanding, chances are the company would keep the authorized the same. It would also reduce your holdings by whatever the split ratio would be.

I don't hold any right now. I understand for holders it would be bad, but I would assume post-re/split the float would be lower and less shares purchased would send this thing higher.
I am just hypothesizing because i've seen charts of stocks that had reverse splits and the stock started climbing. Conversely, everytime a stock splits forward, i see its price drop.
But i am not sure i am probably wrong and don't have a clue.

I've gotta read their 10Q over again, there's a contradiction in the reported o/s. It might be 2+ billion. There's two different sets of numbers reported .
