This one popped up on my stock scanner this weekend.

Anyway I didn't find much on it, only did about 5 minutes DD so far. Looked for a thread, none to be had, so it is a little know stock.

I'll post anything I can find. Please contribute if you can.

DALLAS, July 6, 2006 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Premier Organic Farms Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets: POFG), announced today that the Board of Directors has approved the expansion of their Abbeville, Louisiana Aquaponics operation to raise production at that location to 3 million pounds of organic tilapia per year. The expansion includes the installation of 26 aquaculture tanks equaling approximately one-quarter million cubic feet of water.

Also included in the expansion is the installation of 50 greenhouses which will produce 5 million heads of Organic Boston/Butter lettuce per year. The operation utilizes unique ecologically efficient technology which conserves and re-cycles water and nutrients to grow its' organic products.

The Board of Directors also approved expansion into Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, and North Carolina for its tilapia operations in conjunction with State and Educational Institutions, as well as other locations in Louisiana.
