Seeing this is the weekend and all, I was hoping that I could get some good advice about this one, I got in big in early May at .42, (Please don't all throw tomatoes)
Lyric Jeans Inc., according to press releases, have put together an all-star cast to come out with new designer jeans this Fall.
Some thoughts?

This stock is not bad,chart looks good. the volume is not bad either relative to 20 day average, but if the company dont come up with a good PR, it may drop way below .35, at which point it will become a very good deal and entry point.
The best thing is to hold this stock. It will run in the nearest future, only a matter of time.
Considering it traded almost two times the price 3 months ago.
Finally, they need to get their online store up and running. They can generate more sales and awareness through this.

IMO this stock is gonna get a boost soon...IR campaign will be released soon. Also, this stock has never traded for 1,80...It became public on the 18th of March 2006...Just visit lyricjeans.com You can call or write to them and ask questions.

P.S. IMO waiting for an entry point of below .35 could be a long wait...I have been following this stock very closely and it has strong support at .38...But anything is possible.

I absolutely love the prospects of this company, just not right now as I think the stock price will continue to go down and can be had for under $.10 in the next few months.
The concept I think is brilliant and they have the right people and contacts lined up to make this work. That said, I'm very turned off by the arrogance of the PR guy from this latest missle that basically tells you that as a shareholder you're not welcome to know the share structure, etc. True, as a Pink they don't have too, but as an investor I demand it, and until they come clean, I'll just assume the reason it isn't any of our business is because they don't want us to know and I'll assume that that is bad and they have something to hide.

April 4, 2006; Lyric Jeans issued a press release announcing the hire of celebrity stylist and costume designer Gamila Fakhy as Vice President of development and Creative Direction.
April 05, 2006 Today Lyric Jeans announced that it has entered into a non-exclusive agreement with Warner/Chappell Music.
April 13, 2006; Lyric Jeans announce the hire of denim industry veteran Sandy Cohen as a consultant. Cohen is currently Director of Retail for Lucky Brand Bleu Jeans.
April 18, 2006 Lyric Jeans today announce an alliance with manufacturing giant American Garment Sewing for the production of its denim line.
April 25, 2006 Today Lyric Jeans issued a press release announcing the addition of film industry heavy hitter Dan Grodnick to its Board of Directors.
May 4, 2006; announced that it has entered into a licensing agreement with Universal Music Publishing Group.
Jun 12, 2006 -- Lyric Jeans, Inc has tapped INK! Works Design Studio, Inc. for the production of its T-shirt line scheduled for debut in fall 2006
Jun 7, 2006 -- Lyric Jeans, Inc today announced that it in preparation for the fall 2006 launch it has finalized the lease for its corporate offices and VIP showroom in West Hollywood, California.
Jun 27, 2006 -- Lyric Jeans, Inc. today announced the formation of its Latin division which will be based in Miami, the heart of the Latin music industry.
Lyric Jeans intentions have always been to put together the best staff possible so they can manufacture the finest denim available on the market. Lyric Jeans would not have put together a staff of this quality if their intentions were not to put their line of clothing on the market.
As investors you chose to purchase shares of Lyric Jeans and we thank you for doing so. After you completed your DD, you made a decision that Lyric Jeans was a company which you felt were worthy of you investment; also you believed that you could see a return on your investment. Each and ever investor/ potential investor had the same information available; no more no less. Everyone was aware that Lyric Jeans is trading on the Pink Sheets; and there were no financials available or stock structure available. Since most of our investors are seasoned investors they understood and still do understand that a company on the Pink Sheets is not required to report
The reason you purchased shares of Lyric Jeans, was because you believed in the concept, and you felt that concept would be enough to make Lyric Jeans successful. All the investors felt that it was a risk that they were willing to take. So why is it today, that there is so much screaming going on because the stock structure has not be made public? The same exact information is available today as the day you purchased your shares. If you felt comfortable enough to purchase shares without this information, why is it an issued today? The management team of Lyric Jeans feels that it is not in their better interest to release that information at the present time. That is within the company’s right to not release this information. I’m not saying that this cannot change at a later date. But for the time being the information is not available.
Lyric Jeans is not a scam you can see this by the personnel that has been hired. It is not a pump and dump, as some has stated. Lyric Jeans is a company that is doing what must be done to be successful. I hope that those who are aboard with will stay aboard and grow with Lyric Jeans. Thank you for your time.
