Name change will occur on july 24th 2006 and oil contracts from a few companies worth millions are expected sometime in july and august. THis stock bounces around anywhere from .008 to .012 on less than 2 million shares with very little buying pressure thanks to the low float. Once there is news, hold on to your hats!

Last time the chart looked this good it made runs as high as 3.5 cents on under 5 million in volume on news that was that special. Im really looking forward to the contract news, with this float we could see 15-20 cents. OIL = money

COLUMBIA, Md., July 20, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- NetCert, Inc. (Other OTC:NTCI.PK - News) announced today that it has completed negotiations to acquire an internet content development company for its entertainment division. The company expects to sign a contract before the end of July and complete the closing upon the receipt of a completed audit of the acquisition. The final purchase price will be based on the value of the assets and the average net profit during the audit period. ADVERTISEMENT
The acquisition will also allow the company to enter web based government information distribution and Internet trade malls. The operations have grown from $3.4 million in sales in 2004 to $6.8 million in 2005. The operations are expected to gross $12 million in revenue in 2006 and approximately $15 million in 2007 based on existing agreements.
This type of acquisition will allow the entertainment division to have an inexpensive platform to advertise its operations and distribute its information and immediately allows the company to widen the scope of its divisional plans for music, film and marketing products for global distribution.
Also, sources close to the company state that the resource recovery division has been advised that the general terms for contracts have been agreed upon for its oil treatment project and that construction has begun for the infrastructure required to support the treatment facilities.
